DCPH Ltd. is a local West Bromwich company formed over 15
years ago providing a complete service to it's customers.
Giving first class service is p aramount to us and we pride
ourselves with our attention to detail - In fact our
customers come back to us over and over again and refer us
to their friends and family as they know that we are big
enough to cope but not so big that we no longer care about
the more smaller jobs.

 On Call...
Our location, which is also close to the M5, M6, M42 and M54
ensures we can respond quickly anywhere within the West
Midlands.
We are normally available to respond 24 hours a day. We will
always try to fix a problem as soon as it occurs. This may
sometimes involve a temporary fix until a part can be
obtained - making sure you are safe is our first concern.
Obviously, being called out at unsociable
hours will have an effect on our charges, but we will always
confirm the cost with you and wherever possible be flexible
with this if the call out leads to further work.
Safety Certificates...
 DCPH Ltd. offers a service to Landlords, Letting
Agents, Estate Agents and Tenants.
Under current legislation, each year a
Gas Safety check on appliances installed to homes that are
rented has to be carried out. Electrical checks have to be
carried out every 5 years.
We carry out the checks and provide the
necessary certification not only to ensure the safety of the
appliances but you stay legal.
For Estate Agents we can provide drain
down of central heating and water systems to ensure vacant
properties do not suffer from burst pipes during cold
spells.
For tenants the checks ensure that they
are not putting themselves at risk when using appliances in
their homes.
Site Services...
 We can provide on site services to builders when
constructing commercial and residential property. We have
extensive experience providing first fix pipe-work and
second fix installations at competitive prices on new and
refurbished buildings and have completed work of this type
for both large and small sites.
Maintenance and Services...
Preventing breakdowns with regular servicing is
very important. Wherever possible we repair if we can but
sometimes replacing is unavoidable.
Central heating systems can benefit from
a "Power Flush". This process removes potentially damaging
build ups within your system, thus prolonging the life of
your system and preventing the need for costly replacement.
Annual Boiler services are also a good
way of preventing expense which could have been avoided.
